Pitched roof repairs and maintenance

Our main business activity is the repair and maintenance of pitched roof coverings. This includes minor repairs as well as larger slating and tiling refurbishment projects requiring scaffolding and asbestos slate removal.

Fascias, soffits, and rainwater goods

We carry out the repair, repalcement, and installion of both uPVC and timber fascia and soffits, and rainwater goods. This includes painting of external timbers and metal guttering.

Liquid flat roofing

We are members of the RoofAssured Installer program by Sika, and install Sikalastic liquid waterproofing products. This includes domestic extension projects, as well as repairs and overlaying existing flat roof coverings such as bituminous felt and GRP.

Gutter clearance and conservatory cleaning

We offer gutter clearance and conservatory cleaning services, including the installation of new leaf guards, and removal of bird waste accumulated under solar panel installations.

Lead flashing repairs

We carry out minor repairs and the refurbishment of lead flashings. This includes flashings to side abutments, chimneys, parapet walls, and around windows and dormers.

Chimney repairs and pointing

We provide a chimney repair service which includes repairing defective brickwork, pointing masonry joints, perimeter mortar flashings, and flaunching chimney tops.
